  3. Daily checks in to see if you have gotten that workout in
  4. Weekly weigh ins to hold you accountable for your plans and help you adjust things if we need to
  5. Meals plans devised for you and your activity level

  7. Recognition for your victories, whether they be on the scale or off the scale
  8. Complete weigh in and measurement check ins at the start and end of every challenge
