It’s the new bread and butter.

Avocado toast has become a staple breakfast for myself & many people I follow on social media. It is trendy, healthy and nutritious.

As an alternative to white or whole wheat bread, I use sprouted grain bread. Sprouted grain bread goes through a controlled process where enzymes are released to break down proteins and carbohydrates in the grain, making it easier for our bodies to digest and absorb the nutrients. I love Silver Hills Bakery.

Adding a healthy fat, such as avocado, that contains vitamins and nutrients makes for a body-beneficial, delicious meal.
