About Me

Somebody once told me that every day is the opportunity to change your life. When I finally took the first step, I realized I was the only one holding myself back from reaching my goals. Since that first step, I haven’t stopped running; chasing opportunities and aspirations to better myself. I want to help you take your first step. Run with me.

My name is Lindsay Murphy and I am a firm believer that anything is possible when you work for it. This mindset did not come easy, however. My days used to consist of working in the manufacturing industry as an engineer. My bills were being paid, my family was taken care of, but there was something important missing from the equation. That was my own happiness.

Years went by and every day I settled for a job I thought I had to stay at. I was not focusing on my health or happiness. My life revolved around the things around me; my work, children and husband. I found it increasingly difficult to integrate healthy decisions into my daily routine and I began to gain weight. A lot of weight. I tried the traditional boot camp, a naturopathic meal plan, and going to a local gym. None of these worked because I did not have the support, motivation or accountability. It was difficult doing it alone when I felt that my end goal was too far from my reach. I was stuck in a rut; being weighed down by a way of life I felt obligated to accept.

I was introduced to the Beach Body 21-day fix by a friend. I can’t thank her enough. The convenience of working out at home was incredible and I loved seeing my kids watch me and learn about the importance of exercise and healthy eating. I finally found a community of like-minded and supportive people. They believed in me, and I believed in them.

Making the decision to leave my day-to-day job to transform my passion for health and fitness into a career is the best decision I have ever made. I was free.

If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. I am in love with what I do. I am in love with fitness. I am in love with helping people. Most importantly, I love myself.
